Mr. Rossi

2009

The idea comes by catching people's behaviour during the Italian 'aperitivo'.

Having an 'aperitivo' doesn't really mean sitting in a bar. It's not like going out for a drink with friends, but it's something you do straight after work in the closest pub with your colleagues.
Due to this Italian habit, it is normal to see people in suit jacket and necktie, handbag or generally working suit.

So, here you are!

Mr. & Mrs. Rossi, the most common Italian surname, is an accessory thought to put you at ease, hanging your jacket, keeping your drink and appetizers confortably in one hand while standing, moving and chatting all time long.
Made out of two detachable plastic pieces, it's simply washable and storeable. Its unconventional form is a provocation that gives a new ironic purpose to a very common object.
